The Upstate New York Club will host their annual DECEMBER HOLIDAY PARTY, on Monday, December 6^th at the Palm Grove Club.  Again, this event will be quite the extravaganza!

 The social gathering will begin at 5:15 PM, with a social hour of egg nogs, sangria and a charcuterie board of cheeses, meats, fruits and various garnishes.  A catered buffet dinner served at 6:20 PM will feature a Royal Oaks buffet of salad, sliced sirloin beef with Cabernet sauce, honey crusted cod, garlic mashies, a vegetable medley, rolls and butter, and chocolate cake for dessert.

We will be led in traditional holiday favorites performed by the sensational, Suzy Casta !

This is a bring your own beverage event.  Get ready for a fun filled evening including holiday cheer and inspiring music. 

 Dinner Tickets are $22 for members and $24 for guests.

Ice Cream Social hosted by Upstate New York Club

The Community Ice Cream Social will be held on Sunday, July 21 in the Palm Grove from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.  Our own Chef Jeff Kines will chair this popular event.  Jeff assures us that there will be brownies again this year, for the Hot Fudge Sundaes.  As in the past we will feature a variety of ice creams that are custom-made for this event by Bruster’s Ice Cream, with all your favorite toppings. 

This event is open to all Oak Run residents and their overnight guests, and is hosted by the Upstate New York Club.  It will be a great way to spend a hot summer afternoon with friends and family, enjoying a cone, sundae, or dish of cool ice cream..  Tickets are $5 for Club members, and only $6 for all others.  Sale dates in the Orchid Club are Saturday July 6 from 10:00 to noon, and Saturday July 13 from 8:00 to 10:00 at Donut Drop-In.

Bring dimes to the event for our Card Bingo tournament.  We will also have some floor games for the youngsters, and anticipate having a movie appropriate for younger attendees.
